Shipping & Handling

Orders within India ship for free via Best Logistics companies (7-10 days). For few designs, our artisans require more time for beautiful fine craftsmanship. Average time for designer pieces delivery- 2-3 weeks. For any custom orders- 2-3weeks. But clear information requires by customers.

International Shipping

We ship internationally at a very nominal rates.  Customs and duties are paid by the customer.  Please select your country from the drop-down menu during the checkout process.  

International orders typically arrive within 12-20 business days. But again, it depends on designs and custom orders. It might take more time but in that case, Vezoora provides complete information to our customers.

Packaging

Each item is packaged in a Vezoora gift pouch or box.  If you’d like to include a gift note, please place a comment in the Special Instructions section when you place your order.  We do not include any billing information with your order. If you want special packaging, Vezoora designs artistic packaging with gemstones or metal boxes also, please contact us
